I have added a points system
points will be awarded on following basis:

5pts if u bring on a new member to forum
quality of posts
no of posts
------so lets see who can get the max

how can we bring on new mem's.......????

by just giving them this link
rest is all normal as in other networking groups

so how will someone kno who gave the link.........
